Sharing of Information with Third Parties (including Amazon Information)
We share data only with the limited set of service providers required to operate the Service. Each provider is contractually bound to confidentiality, security, and to using the information only to perform the services we engage them for. We do not sell Personal Data or Amazon Information, and we do not aggregate Amazon Information across customers for resale, benchmarking, or analytics products.
Categories of recipients

- Authentication providers: handle sign-in, session management, and password resets. Information shared: email address and authentication tokens.

Amazon Information specifically
“Amazon Information” means any information You provide that originates from or relates to Amazon, including product titles, descriptions, images, ASINs You enter, and brand assets associated with Your Amazon catalog. Amazon Information is processed only to deliver the design outputs You request, is access-controlled to Your account, is not combined with information from other customers, and is not sold or licensed to any third party. Amazon Information is shared only with the hosting, storage, and AI-generation providers listed above strictly as needed to fulfil Your design requests.
Amazon Services API Compliance (AUP & DPP)
To the extent We process Information obtained through the Amazon Services API on behalf of Authorized Users, We comply with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) and the Amazon Data Protection Policy (“DPP”). Capitalised terms in this section have the meaning given to them in the AUP.
Acceptable use of Amazon Information
- We only access and process Information that is strictly necessary to provide the design and creative-generation features the Authorized User has requested.
- We do not use Personally Identifiable Information about Amazon Customers for any purpose other than what is expressly permitted by the AUP (e.g. merchant-fulfilled shipping or to meet legal, tax, or regulatory requirements), and only where the Authorized User has documented such a requirement with Us.
- We do not target Amazon Customers for marketing, do not solicit, fabricate, or modify reviews, and do not use Amazon Information or any external data services to do so.
- We do not aggregate Information across Authorized Users’ businesses or customers to provide, sell, benchmark, or otherwise share with any party, including competing Authorized Users.
- We do not publish, promote, or use insights about Amazon’s own business for Our own business purposes.
- We do not offer or promote external (non-Amazon) data services that vend information retrieved from Amazon.
- We will not facilitate or promote any violation of an Authorized User’s agreements with Amazon, and We will report suspected abuse to Amazon and suspend the relevant access.
Data security and access controls
- Access to Amazon Information inside Our organisation is granted on a strict need-to-know basis to employees and contractors who require it to operate the Service.
- We never request, accept, or store Authorized Users’ Seller Central / Vendor Central usernames, passwords, MFA codes, or access keys, and We never ask Authorized Users to share Information manually from Amazon Portals in order to circumvent Amazon policies.
- Where Amazon Portal access is required, We ask Authorized Users to grant it through secondary user permissions or the standard third-party authorization flow.
- Amazon Information is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, stored in access-controlled environments, and logically segregated by Authorized User account.
- We retain Amazon Information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Authorized Users may request deletion at any time.
- We maintain an internal incident-response process and will notify affected Authorized Users and Amazon, as required by the DPP, in the event of a Security Incident involving Amazon Information.
- We will inform Amazon SP-API Solution Provider Support within 30 days of any organisational change (such as a merger, acquisition, change of control, or material change in product offering) that affects Our use of Information, and We maintain a written policy to this effect.
Data sharing - outside parties (AUP §4.6)
We do not disclose Amazon Information, individually labelled or aggregated, to other Application users, affiliated entities, or any outside party, except as strictly required to perform the acceptable activities the Authorized User has authorized Us to perform. The only outside parties that may process Amazon Information on Our behalf are the sub-processors listed under “Categories of recipients” above (cloud hosting and storage, authentication, payment processing, AI model providers, transactional email, customer support tooling, and product analytics / error monitoring — the last of which does not receive Amazon Information). Each such party is engaged under a written contract that:
- limits use of Amazon Information to providing the contracted service to Us;
- requires confidentiality and security standards at least as strict as Our own, verified through Our vendor due-diligence process;
- prohibits onward sale, licensing, aggregation, or use of Amazon Information for the sub-processor’s own purposes (including model training); and
- where Personally Identifiable Information is transferred internationally, includes the contractual provisions required under applicable law (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
We do not sell Amazon Information, do not share it with advertising networks, and do not share it with other Authorized Users. A current list of sub-processors is available on request to support@selvio.net.
Transparency and AI use
We are clear with Authorized Users about what data We access and why. Our Service uses third-party generative AI models to produce images, copy, and design briefs from the product information You provide. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by the Authorized User before publishing to Amazon. We do not modify Amazon Information in a way intended to deceive Authorized Users or Customers.
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by Us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top.
